Scout+ Customer Service Outsourcing

You may have noticed our new name, Scout+, in our website header, but you probably don’t know the story behind that change. 

The COVID pandemic changed the landscape of work for nearly everyone, Scout Moderation included. I observed changes to the social media and e-commerce landscapes, and reflected on the directions I wanted to take Scout Moderation next.

I knew that the core services of content moderation would always be needed, but the team was poised to expand our offerings, and the e-commerce world needed it. 

In the name change to Scout+, the + represents the expansion and addition of services, the positivity we tackle these expansions with, growth, and our unwavering goal to always go the extra mile for our clients.
