Our Founder

Maureen Hogan founded Scout+ in 2009 after spending years as a social media moderator herself. She has been in the moderation business since the early days of social media.

Noticing that moderation is very entwined with engagement and customer service she saw a need to tailor custom solutions for changing clients’ needs. Her mission has been to cultivate diversity at Scout+, and to create a supportive and inspiring work environment that creates a win-win for the Scout+ team and their clients.
